ok, so i always associate stomach pains to heart attacks. i recently did a straight cross over from klonopin to valium, and my stomach has been hurting like crazy. specially after i eat. last night i could have sworn i woke up with stomach aches but went back to sleep but i don't know if it was a dream cause I'm obsessing so much. i feel alone. I'm tired of these pills, I'm like disgusted, tired of this shit. the valium doesn't feel the same as the klonopin but anxiety isn't to bad but I'm always worried about my heart, don't know if it trauma or something. someone out there make me feel sane again.

The stomach is the root of so much discomfort, not too surprising its given ya a hassle on the crossover and as you taper down.

ive had chest pains, pvc's now (ugh) and generally all my anxiety my entire life has always been centered right around the ole heart, too. when i was younger man did i used to get intense pressure on my chest, occasional pangs of pain. number of trips to the ER (a right of passage for any anxiety sufferer, the obligatory trip to the ER thinking youre going to die lol)

i think i read youre 33 and in generally good health, id do my best to power through and try try try to ease your fears. i know it sucks and hell im right with ya. im 45 and have been plagued with thinking my hearts going to explode since i was 15.

the stomach and its ensuing discomfort can wreak havoc all around where your heart is. I had no stomach problems with all this til i got to 5mg diazepam now all hell has broken loose down there, and it often creeps up into a sort of "heartburn" feeling as well.

hang in there man, youre NOT having heart issues and though your stomach is giving you a lot of discomfort youre not alone in that. mines been a mess, ugh, with all the wonderful accompanying gastric distress.

dude i hear ya, but if i read right youve been checked out through and through, and youre very young on the "going through the benzo nightmare" scale.

your stomach is messin with you, but its not dire, just awfully uncomfortable and your heart isnt going to implode or explode.

this all SUCKS beyond our abilities to describe but youll get through man

I always try to think, if something was that awfully wrong with youyr health, with a major organ, you woulda been hospitalized long ago for it.

we're still alive, its the damn withdrawal

Hey there - coming off klonopin (and I've come off both ativan and xanax in my 20's and 30's) is the benzo that messed up my stomach more than any other. They ALL do, but with Klonopin (for me, personally) that was a beast on the stomach.
