I don't know if you are in a state where marijuana is legal, but if you are getting nauseated to the point where you can't keep food down or become malnourished and nothing else works, marijuana is better than any anti-nausea script on the market.  It saved me from 2 or 3 hospitalizations from severe dehydration because I couldn't keep anything down, including fluids.  Once I smokes, I was able to eat and drink without much of an issue.  Just be careful, as marijuana can also cause severe anxiety and paranoia, especially if it is a Sativa strain (head high).  Indica strain (body high) tends to cause less anxiety.  Additionally, the amount you need to stop nausea is a much smaller amount than a person would use to try to get "high".

Other alternatives that have worked for me include the prescription zophran, which is an anti nausea med.  If you are looking for something all natural, many people find ginger very helpful
