Hi, I am a little confused about what to do.

Before Temazepam: I had night that I just didn't sleep at all. They were getting more because of stress. Still, If I slept, I slept and didn't wake up at all.

Temazepam: used it 3,5 weeks  daily, then another 2,5 weeks: on and off (will using it on and off caused more symptoms). Already after 2 or 3 weeks I only got 3 hours of sleep on Temazepam. In the end, only 1 hour. (on night I didn't take it, I did not sleep at all.

After Temazepam: Haven't used anything for 8 nights now. Most  night I don't sleep. Some night I sleep half hour, wake up, lie awake for 4 hours, then I sleep another hour orso. But can't really call it sleep, just light dozing (but I do dream in this short time).

Should I go to diazepam and taper, or just continue not using?

If you haven't used it for 8 days, and you are getting SOME sleep, I would not go back on. If life is bearable, it will only get better from here on out. I certainly would not go on diazepam, which is very unlikely to help with insomnia (if that is the worst symptom). Going on and off a benzo is very confusing to the body, and will make it harder in the long run. So stay off if you are able to.

thanks!

I just don't know what to do anymore... Some advice to taper with Diazepam, others say NO.

Confused...

I agree - I would stay off. There is a book I like called Klonopin withdrawal and howling dogs. I bet by the time you are finished reading it you will be feeling better.
