What is it?  Not to be an ass, but it would be helpful to me at least, if you took the time to explain what your issue is.

Yes, definitely. I hurt this muscle quite badly doing some overhead decorating pre benzo. It seemed to heal, but the pain has come back during withdrawal. Similar with other old injuries, e.g. my frozen shoulder. I suspect these are just more susceptible to the muscle spasms which everyone gets.

Exactly!  I believe we have to treat all these muscle / joint issues that we are getting from benzo withdrawal just like we would treat any other "sports injury".

Stretching, strengthening, icing, rest, etc..  it takes consistent effort and time to creat the change I think we are looking for..

I've just read all the side effects on the package from the meds I've been on for 6 years, some are back pain, myalgia, MUSCLE WEAKNESS.... and many many more, and all pieces has fallen to place.

I swim slowly and steady, listening to my body and rest when it says so. We are damaged physically and mentally and we slowly has to find the way back.... calm and slowly we will ALL heal completely

Hugs  :smitten:
