I don’t remember anxiety intensifying when on my side only…if my memory serves me right the toxic anxiety I experienced was a constant both day and night. This benzo induced symptom, toxic anxiety, has greatly resolved…especially since my last dose off these drugs.

However, early in w/d when my symptoms were at their worst, it never failed that when I went to bed at night, restless-legs-syndrome would start up. I have chronic low-back issues and have always had to sleep on my side(s). So there I would be, soon after reclining on my side, with my legs “involuntarily” jumping around. It was hard on my low back and caused me to dread going to bed, because of knowing that this symptom would flare up. :(

I always thought it strange that just by reclining, RLS would inevitably start up. Just figured it was triggered by a damaged nervous system. Fortunately, this symptom has almost completely resolved, since I rarely get that horrible sensation when sleeping sideways.

You're totally right.

How could this be possible there has to be some sort of explanation?

is it heart related?
