Licking lips, tongue and lip zaps. HELP please!

I'm sorry I keep throwing symptoms out there. I just feel like I am going crazy. So many of my symptoms mimic Dyskinesia or dystonia and the only thing that calms me down in knowing others have experienced the same or similar that I'm worried about. These are my newest mouth symptoms.

Did or does your symptoms seem like they could be TD?

Is or did you lick your lips a lot? Do or did your tongue twitch and have like an electrical shock on the tip? Does your lips twich and have little zaps too? Do the muscles in your cheeks or other places have little spasms? Do you put your lips together and rub them together as if your putting on lipstick. Teeth grinding jaw tremor that make your teeth click together. Did you have any other symptoms that made you think you had TD?

This is driving me batty worring this is TD and not benzo related. I keep trying to tell myself this is not TD and instead symptoms of my withdrawal. I didn't have this before benzos or while I was on them. I did take seraquel and geodon but have been off them awhile.

I hope some of you can calm me down.

I have those symptoms.  The first time it started it felt as though I'd eaten something I was allergic too.  I thought for sure my lips must be puffing up and my tongue too.  I even found a mirror to look in.  Nothing had swollen.  Then, the electrical zaps started and my tongue had pins and needles and sometimes burning for hours.  I've also had jaw clenching and facial muscle issues....on and on.  I've had a little relief from the face / mouth stuff over the last few days.  But it comes and goes as other sensations wax and wane.  Ooooh-la-la, what a crazy, painful and debilitating experience.  Just remember, one foot in front of the other eventually takes us to our destination.  Take care, I wish you healing and wellness.
