Vagus nerve

My symptoms were losing a tremendous amount of money with blackout periods followed by waking up with midgets and hookers.  :D   >:D

The issues I've had relating to the vagus nerve are palpitations after eating and general digestive issues.

For the palpitations, I started taking magnesium. It seems to have helped.

The digestive issues are reflux and slow stomach emptying. For me there's not much I can do, just need to give it time.

I think I'm having tons of problems with mine. I think that might be the root of many of our problems in benzo withdrawal. Vagus nerve issues seems like they could be responsible for most all of symptoms.

I found this article, it's very good with issues to help it.

I have been working out, doing yoga, stretching, eating paleo, taking zinc, using the sauna and hydrotherapy (cold showers after the sauna), trying to sing, .. and a few of these other recommendations.

Check out that article, it is very helpful. LMK what you think.

Thanks Pusher :)

Loved the article and it seems like I've been doing all those things for a while, and the vagus nerve is highly forgotten by most people.

Vagus power to the people yayyyy

Yes, it can affect my digestion and vice versa and also can affect my heart rate temporarily.  Deep breathing, emotional freedom technique (EFT), cranial sacral visceral massage and acupuncture have all helped it.

Thanks for posting the good article pushthefeeling  :)
