I've had all of the above while tapering but they don't last that long. I did have dizziness for several months at the beginning of my taper.  :)--V

I have had it since 2015!!!  and it does not get better as I have gotten lower

Hi lainey. I still get those sxs but they pass very quickly. I'll feel dizzy and like I'm going to pass out and then it's suddenly gone and I'm fine. I get the woozy head pressure when changing positions from lying to standing. This also passes quickly. I did get hit with these hard at the beginning but they gradually faded and I've actually felt better as I slowly work my way down. I'm sorry you are continuing to have these sxs constantly. I'm not sure why some feel better as they reduce and others feel worse. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this process.  :)--V

rocking head means that when sitting still you literally feel as if your body & head are still moving in a swaying/rocking (like on a boat) feeling

Yes to the dizzy, vertigo feelings. They come and go sometimes daily but have eased while tapering slowly from what they first were. The head pressure is a come and go ordeal. Also, less noticeable as I taper further down. The physical head sxs's in my opinion are the most difficult to live with. I'm working a construction gig during this and it's getting hotter outside and half the day I FEEL like I'm unstable/dizzy but I stay hydrated and knock on wood, haven't ever actually passed out. I'm sure it's a time thing for you, which is the worst answer to hear. Your. not alone though.
