In the same boat. I am 10 months and one week off and my pain & misery is insane. Head, neck, shoulder pain, stiffness and burning has not let up at all. I suffer every second of every day with a laundry list of symptoms. No real windows - only a few hours here and there where pain goes down to an 8 out of 10.

I'm 10 and half months out. Still burning headache scalp pain, anxiety, thingling numbness on my face, head, feet, bad neck pain, depression. Until 10 months no window at all. Last week my burning head scalp pain went down from 10 to 6-7!!!!every morning! So thankful for that even a few hrs relief. I'm not praying to God to take me now, I'm praying to heal me.  You will get better soon. Take one day at the time and try to eat healthy and go for a walk when you can. Keep tell yourself you will heal, your brain just temporary sick now but it will heal. Everybody did we will too.

Hugs Vica

Hi Vica so happy to hear you are starting to get some relief, keep the faith, you will get better. I was wondering how you are cutting your Remeron down? I have been on 3.75mg Remeron since October 18, 2016 so about 5 months and will need to stay on it a few more months, maybe a year until I get passed this c/t from about 80 Lorazapam. I do feel it is helping some so I'm not messing with it for now. I have been through a long taper off Valium and did get better, was doing great until I got sick with something else. I am telling you this to encourage you to hang on it gets better.

Love Jackie :smitten: :smitten:

Hi Jackie, I have a Gemini scale and I'm dry cutting my pills. Going down very slowly. I was on 2.8 mg for 5 weeks and just went down 2.6 mg last week. I want to be off all the med asap but I cant push to fast. I'm still in sevire withrawl from Clonazepam and I have to be very careful. If I need to hang on longer on my dose I will. I'm not worry about 2.6 mg remeron. I'm worry about my pain.

But everybody say it will get better so I keep pushing forward.

You can PM me if you need more info.

Hugs
