If you look at my profile, you will see that I've been around, as Al Pacino said in Scent of a Woman". The last 12 months have been hell and I think it was primarily because of lorazepam and clonazepam. I began to build a tolerance and suffered from rebound anxiety. Thankfully I learned this all from Benzobuddies and over the last 7 weeks I stopped taking lorazepam and currently tapering on a low dosage of diazepam.  Over the last 7 weeks it's been difficult and I was ready to give up but I started getting some good days which gave me some hope. Yesterday I switched to a low dosage of Zoloft from Cipralex. I have now had about 24 hours of feeling quite good. I slept well and I woke up better than I have in months.

This is my success story and I can only tell you that it does pass and the body does heal. I hope this helps some of you. Don't give up. It will get better.

Thank you for being so positive! I wish you many more days/months/years of feeling good!
