Is it normal after 5 months still having severe acute symptoms?

Ok well I feel I little better today than two days ago as far as my sinus infection goes. It's still their and I guess it's the seasons changing and all the pollen I'm the air but I have not taking anything for it just plenty of water and orange juice for now.

As far as the rest goes I'm really losing hope that I'm ever gonna get better or things are gonna improve at this point. I have not changed anything with the Zoloft holding on that as recommended but my symptoms just keep getting worse and I don't understand?

The head pressure numbness burning and physical pain in my brain has not improved at all and is actually getting worse and not better and last night my anxiety was so high I couldn't sleep and felt like I was going into a panic attack and couldn't breath and I haven't felt that in awhile.

On top of that the extreme fatigue and emotional symptoms confusion and intrusive thoughts are all getting worse too and I don't know what to do cause this is crazy.

I know the head pressure is benzo WD but the rest I can't tell what's benzo related and what the Zoloft is causing but I feel like on top of the physical pain in my head I'm losing it and going crazy emotionally and my brain is all over the place today.

Am I ever gonna heal? Is this ever gonna get better? 5 months and no improvement and I still have the Zoloft to deal with.

Yes. It is normal at 5 months to be in acute. My worst months were 4-8 then it slowly started to improve. Acceptance and patience are the best tools to help get through WD. It's a slow and brutal process of recovery from benzos, but you will recover, you will! It just takes time.

I hope so! I had two interviews today and that's after last night with the head pressure and physical pain in my brain being so bad I was literally on my knees crying in pain. During the first interview I got extremely nauseous, light headed, really dizzy and felt like I was gonna pass out and my brain wa firing all over the place between the numbness and pressure in my forehead and those crazy intrusive thoughts I was lucky I made it through! I'm trying to hold onto hope but it's seems like my symptoms are getting worse and not better. I would think that after 5 months their would be some improvement and I'm not sure but the Zoloft can't be helping with that either and that's another thing I have to worry about.

I'm trying to be normal and do normal things but I'm not normal these drugs have destroyed my brain and I'm wandering if I'm ever gonna be better?

Yup! I had them all the way through my 10th month. They didn't last as long though compared to acute. I'm sure you will get better soon. It gets easier.  :)

Yes, my acute were from month 4-8. Just recently I feel little improvements. But still a longer way to go. We get better :)

Well again I'm trying to hold on but this torture and misery just keeps going and keeps getting worse! The constant dibilatating pressure numbness burning and physical pain in my head, extreme fatigue, confusion, DP,DR, intrusive thoughts it's all too much. 5 months no improvement no end in sight!

I do think that on top of the benzo WD the Zoloft has just made things worse and I'm trying slowly to step down on that but my brain and body have been through so much over the last year and I just want my life back
