Anyone jump at .1mg Ativan (1mg Valium)?  I know Professor Ashton says it's okay but recently heard .05mg of Valium equivalent is best? Does it make a difference either way? Thank you in advance :)

IMO, it depends on how the recent part of your taper is going.  If you have been fairly stable and not had any significant sxs recently, you are probably no longer are dependent, and can probably jump safely.

I noticed that from 3mg on down, my sxs pretty much disappeared.  I jumped at .5 with no problem, but probably could have jumped sooner, like 1mg V.

Thank you so much, Builder! That's kind of what I was thinking and will see how I feel 2  weeks from now when it's time to jump or not :) I've been okay from .3 down (so far) other than mild symptoms that peak within a few days and then go away!
