Euphoric but with a nasty feeling?

I'm 1 month and 3 weeks off benzos.

Suffering from constant anxiety with waves of EXTREME anxiety.

I've had experienced some kind of euphoric feeling that makes me scared...in that time I get intrusive thoughts about to jump from a bridge or something. Is it an adrenalin rush?

Can someone relate?

You're still early in withdrawal. I still had a TON of symptoms at 6 weeks off. You should be through the worst of it soon! Give yourself another week.

 

The intrusive thoughts are common, I believe. Of course, if you strongly feel the urge to act on them, please do ask for help.
