Noooooooo the paranoia is the worst. I am experiencing more distress from genuine paranoia than anxiety etc....

Every time I see a cop car I think I'm getting pulled over, every one who looks at me I feel like is trying to deceive me. I keep hearing a noise down stairs (I live in a metro, there are noises lol) and its obviously just normal noises from a house, ones I've been living with, but haven't noticed until the paranoia made everything feel so malevolent.

People talk about the anxiety etc. But the anxiety isn't whats getting to me, I'm used to it. However, the paranoia is odd and makes me feel very crazy.

Since I know I feel crazy I imagine you must too. You are not alone and you aren't crazy. Its going to be a rough couple of weeks for us, but everything will be normal again very soon. I understand what your going through, and I know it sucks.

All we can do is keep cheery and keep on keeping on

Yes. My mood changes sometimes hour to hour. It's always bad but sometimes I get a little break and I can think clearer but that doesn't last long. I feel the worst when I wakeup. My sleep is horrible. For some reason when I do get a long period of sleep I feel much worse after.
