How to stop waking up yelling from pain?

I've been waking up most nights over the past week yelling in the night from level 10 type pain in one or both of my legs, mainly my knee joints and calf muscles and sometimes my back, neck, and ankles. This is now causing problems between me and S/O and probably disturbing the neighbors both sides of us. I wake up yelling on the top of my voice, and can't stop till the pain calms down. I am losing my voice, and my patience now. I don't know how to stop it because I start yelling before I even wake up.

 

Pain is a new one. I thought I'd felt pain as bad as it could get, but I obviously had no idea, every type of pain par period pain that I've had before was a paper cut compared to this.

 

I can't keep doing this because it's affecting others. What may stop it?

Have you tried using epsom salt baths right before bedtime? Obviously this won't cure it, but it may help reduce the pain a bit.  Also, what if you try sleeping in a different position (maybe sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs or something).  Warm up and stretch as much as you can during the day.  I have severe muscle issues, and I take magnesium glycinate daily (one of the best absorbed kinds with fewest side effects).
