So for few days I have really Wierd symptom. When I talk louder,or jelling I hear in my ear like metallic, robotic sound of my voice...No it is not sound hallucination.This is my voice and when I talk more silent everything is fine but louder  talking sound like robotic sound in my ear. I hope I explained good.I want to know do I must go to ORL doctor.
