How do I know if this is still PAWS?

Hi Buddies,

 

I'm now 5 months and 2 weeks since my last dose of Valium. I am suffering from a viral illness which has made everything worse. I've been getting funny thought patterns and depersonalisation/derealisation, it's been rather disturbing. It occurred to me that I don't know if this is my underlying mental health condition or still withdrawal (PAWS). How would I know if this is still PAWS almost six months out?

Depersonalization/derealization are both VERY common in withdrawal.  And very common at 6 months out.

I'm sick of this Benzo bullshit. I can't believe that the hospital registrar did this shit to me. Heck my psychiatrist didn't even do it. What a pain in the arse.
