I have been at .125 mgs of Kpin for3 weeks.  I dropped down to .105 and started having panic attacks so I took  .125 before my normal dose.  The last two day I have stay at .125 and all day long and even after i take my dose i feel jittery.  Why is this happened.  I should feel fine.  I couldnt sleep last night even after taking my normal dose that I have been taking for 3 weeks.  Did dropping down mess me up?

That is a bit strange given short time use. However, a relatively large one-time updose and the cut can take some getting used to, and things don't always settle down right away. Hopefully it will soon.

sorry, you misunderstood. I have been cutting for a month from using .5 mgs for 5 months

Yes, I think as you get lower, the cuts hit you harder. I did absolutely fine coming down from 2 mg to .25 mg in 3 months (as fine as you can do coming off this poison), and jumped at .25 mg. 2 weeks, felt pretty good. Week 3, it all went to hell in a hand basket!!!

So just expect to feel smaller cuts, and make SURE you jump from as low a dose as possible!

I don't know what it is about getting to such a low dose that makes things difficult, but I had a VERY similar experience. For years and years, I took 2 mg of Klonopin and I cut the amount in half every week. This process took time because I would sometimes spend 2 weeks at a certain amount before I felt totally comfortable cutting the dose again. The second I was down to .5 mgs, I felt awful and I had to taper by minuscule amounts for about 4 weeks. (I also promised myself I could take more on days that the withdrawal simply became too much.) It's a process and everyone reacts differently. Could you stay at a slightly higher dose for a week or two and then try cutting your dose again? Maybe even by a slightly smaller amount?

By the time you read this, I hope you're already feeling a bit better.
