Feelings of totally disconnected to the body and the world . Will these feelings go away ? Anyone ? And when ? I'm having them so bad today that make me want to get on benzo ...to relief ...I do t want but I hate living like this ....please any support that I need to keep going ?

The derealization will go away.  I still have it if stuff gets really bad, but it will go away.

At me it comes and goes.Sometimes is really bad like I feel I am in Dreams or will die now.Sometimes is away.Go in nature.It helps me.

Even the slightest stress makes me depersonalize and derealize, it's like what used to make me slightly discomfortable now jumps me straight to skies with nervousness and dissociations.

 

It's so damn hard to try to tell yourself that this is just w/d when you can't even take the bus because it seems such a big effort and stressor.
