Jump day +4 weeks!

4 weeks clean!

 

Not without incident and the odd dark day but manageable

 

Eating too much and need to start swimming again, nothing new though

 

Might be time to start therapy, still thinking about it

 

If I carry on like this, I'll be calling this a success story in another month
