My benzo experience

Hello.  I was on antidepressants for 14 years, then put on xanax for 3 years by my doctor.  If I had known the side effects of going off of xanax, I would have never had gone on it.  My goal to this site is to gain insight from other people's experiences.  Especially anyone who has any natural alternatives such as vitamins or herbs.

I am glad that you found us,  you will receive much support here.  I am assuming you are off benzos right now!  Withdrawal symptoms can take quite some time to settle down, they will go eventually.  The Ashton Manual is a very good resource about benzo withdrawal. It will give you information about the recovery process.
