Hi Bub, all normal symptoms at your early stage off... just keep a good diet and try deep breathing ...exercise if  possible ..walk try yoga this is a good relaxer listen to relaxing music on you tube. try and keep your mind busy instead of focusing on symptoms ..easier said than done but we have to try ..best wishes Tass. x

30 days off! Well done! For me, I was fine weeks 1 & 2 after jumping, then things really started to get hard weeks 3-6. I wasn't successful on my jump (I tapered way too fast & .25 was too high to jump from), but if you are doing pretty okay at 30 days, you have every reason to believe you may turn a corner soon! See lots of folks, especially with klonopin, who say their symptoms peaked at 4-6 weeks off. I feel like if I would have held on for a couple more weeks, I would have been successful.
