How do you deal with bubbles in the smaller 1ml syringes?

I am currently Liquid tapering Klonopin using whole milk I'm down to just under 0.5mgs and am dropping 2 x 0.25mg pills intp milk at night to be dosed the next day. I'm finding with the smaller syringes I'm having a hard time getting a bubble free solution. Obviously I have to shake the milk jar to get a good suspension and if you leave it too long before extracting the milk the drug likely will settle towards the bottom.

So every body peeps do you guys know the best way to combat this? Obviously accuracy is key with a taper.

Actually, it isn't.  Consistency, meaning using the same procedure and the same equipment over time is much more important than accuracy.

And using a dilute liquid dramatically reduces the error factor anyway.  For example, if you solution is .5mg=50ml, then a .2ml measuring error is only .002mg.

There's a lot more "error" in the  content of the tablets than that.

What you see at the bottom are fillers and color. What I do is shake it about 20 minutes before I take out my cut, or until the bubbles settle. If you have bubbles in your 1 ml syringe you can flick the syringe and squirt it back into your jar and then draw up some more and they should be gone. I have some little bubbles in the 10 ml syringe most of the time and it doesn't seem to matter since it's consistently like that.

After the cut is taken out I do shake it or swirl it to mix the colors and filler in so it's not all in the last jar, not that it would even matter.

I'm a nurse. I don't have this issue, yet, personally, but at work when I pull up drugs with bubbles, just pull more air, so you have lots of air and room to work, as it were, flick it hard, push up and if you still have bubbles, push very slowly at the top pop them while maintaining you substance. Repeat as needed. Practice with something else first if you want. Milk or whatever you are using without the drug.

If you still have problems, let me know.
