Adrenaline rush/surge? Strange orgasm feeling trough body

In WD and mostly around ovulation and my period when I get really anxious, I sometimes get really strange sensations in my body, it is almost like orgasm feeling but it feels very unpleasant, may this be an adrenaline surge / adrenaline rush?

 

To all who experience adrenaline surge...does it feels this way im describing?

I have no idea if they are adrenaline surges but I get them during the night and they wake me up from my sleep. I get them a lot less now but got them frequently in the beginning after I jumped. Terrible feeling.

I'm starting to get feelings like this too now. It's so weird. I used to have no drive whatsoever, but now it feels like I'm waking up. It's great! The ridiculous OCD thoughts that tag along with this are not quite as pleasant. But I'll get past it and so will you.
