Poor visual imagination

I think I am healing and I am better now.

 

If some months ago, I had hallucinations and my imagination and thoughts were so loud, not it seems it is the oposite.

 

I feel myself numb and sometimes confused. My imagination is nothing. I feel me tired of trying to imagine things, and sometimes feel anxiety because I cant or what I try to imagine does not happen as I want.

 

Anyone with the same situation?

 

Sometimes I feel me scared, but I hope this is the path for healing.

I am a visual artist, so the fx of withdrawal have been brutal to my creative process.

 

I've just been trying to push myself as hard as I can.

 

Do you have the ability to paint with water colors, draw with markers, or even just draw with a pencil?

 

Don't even try to draw anything in particular, just zig zags and abstract shapes and color fields.

 

It can really help.
