Every morning I drink a half and half coffee which gets me going. Yes it ups my anxiety, but it's nothing I can't handle. It also helps me with depression...This is my main question. I'm 16 months off now and the morning/afternoon depression is pretty nasty. I get sleep, of course broken. I'll sleep 3-4 hours and then 2 two hour increments. This isn't great, but it works I suppose. The depression brings on short bouts of tears and horrible back/muscle pain. I literally feel heavy. It usually breaks in the later afternoon or with exercise. The good news is that my anxiety has improved by a landslide. But now depression has taken over.

 

Is this normal to still be experiencing? Thank you for the help.
