5 months off feel like i dont exist sometimes, is this still normal?

Still have bad head pressure and nerve pain, trouble sleeping, itchy all over, extreme fatigue where i feel like i have the flu constantly. and the worst, this feeling occasionally where i just feel totally detached, like i'm not even here anymore, like a dream, bad head pressure, pain in my head, eyes, i see weird bright dots in my eyes.

i feel like i'm going to lose consciousness, i feel so detached from everything, really feels like my brains shutting down or i'm being poisoned. this is ridiculous, when i feel this way i'm unable to sleep. and if i close my eyes it's like i dont even exist.

i'm tired of this, it seems like eating carbs maybe helps a little, but then it makes my candida stuff worse, at this point i don't know what is withdrawal and what is candida/SIBO possibly taking over my body and shutting down my brain.

i feel helpless, i have so much going on. I have epstein barr virus, i have sibo, i have candida, i have withdrawal. why can't it just be one thing, i can't do this, i'm so sick.

I can certainly identify with the "totally detached" feeling.  I am 18 months out but I'm finally seeing some progress.  I had the tremendous fatigue as well, although I found out that I was also extremely low in Vitamin D.  Supplementing with Vitamin D daily does seem to help.  I do hope your symptoms begin to subside soon.

I am low in d as well but haven't started supplementing yet. I will try starting I just didn't wanna make myself worse. I took some coconut oil earlier and I feel my burning and tensing from my head moving down into my neck and back. Fatigue lessened. Freaks me out when it moves like that like there is a worm in my body

I don't think I've tried Coconut milk (at least not recently).  It did take me months before I was able to tolerate Vitamin D.  However, once I did start taking the D daily I began to feel better and had less fatigue.

I had some bloods done a couple of weeks ago which showed I had basically zero Vitamin D in my body at all.  I really don't know if this is the result of being bedridden for months or caused BY Benzos or what but I am on 40000 units of Vitamin D for 7 weeks. I am also a bit low in Folic Acid but I had a very bad reaction to that. I only took one 5mg tablet too. I don't know why this is, but it's not the main problem, I'm certainly not taking any more of it and I will be telling the doctor why, I don't care if they don't understand, it's my body and I refuse to feel like that. I'll correct that one with diet.

I have not had a bad reaction to the Vitamin D though, which is great, if anything I've noticed a small increase in my energy levels on a couple of days. Nothing spectacular though.
