I have exercised the whole time.  For a long time I was riding an exercise bike which I had started in the past.  In October when the weather was nice and nippy I began walking every day, sometimes an hour or more.  It sort of saved my life.  Walkinf is a very good thing.  I still walk as much as I can and as the weather gets hotter I will be riding my exercise bike again.  It is one of the only things I know I can do to help myself.

I started 3 months after my jump, and it's been the absolute best thing I have been doing to help myself in this horrific ordeal.. I go at least 6x / week and do a lot of stretching and cardio (and a few weights).. The book, "Spark" by John Ratey talks about how "exercise is like miracle grow for the brain."  I have been blindly following this, and it's been working so far..

I'd say, go for it, or like Nike says, "Just do it!"..
