Personalized Titration Plan

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place. Sorry this is only my second time on the site so I'm still learning.  I'm in need of a personalized titration schedule. 

 

I currently have 2mg bars of Xanax. They are lined so I can cut into four .5mg pills.  My prescription is to take 1 bar up to 4x daily. I only took the allowed max three times.  My average is 4 mg daily.  I take 1 mg 4x daily.  Two days ago I started on 3mg daily by spreading my doses over longer stretches.  For example, I took 1mg at 11:30 am today and am going to try not to take second dose until 6 pm.  I woke up this morning with slight withdrawal symptoms (sweating, nausea) but that stopped within 30 minutes of taking my morning dose.  So I would like to stay at 1 mg 3x daily for about two weeks and then do a slow titration.  I'm going to have to stay on clonazapam until I can see my hearing and balance doctor.  Can you provide me with a slow titration schedule using the liquid method?  Thank you so much and have a blessed day.

You can liquify your meds and do daily dose reductions.if you wannt to stay at 1mg x3 per day, I would put three 2mg bars in 12ml of vodka and add 48ml water. this will give you a solution that is .1mg/ml. Your 1mg dose would be 10ml of your solution. the solution will last 2 days. I dont know know how fast you want to taper but a 10% a month would be 3ml. 3 ml divided by 30 days is equal to .1ml per day divided by 3 doses equals .033ml per dose per day.thus your schedule would look like

 

day 1- 10ml 10ml 10ml

day 2- 9.97ml 9.97ml 9.97ml

day3- 9.93ml 9.93ml 9.93ml and so on......You will need a 10ml and 1 ml oral syringe and a jar to store your solution.check my numbers so you will be sure of what you are doing

All good advice, but its less hasslle to make maybe 10 days solution at a time.  Its not perishable, there is no loss of potency, and it can be stored at room temp.

You dont have to use vodka but you will need something your meds will dissolve in. PG is a good one and is available on amazon and in health food stores.
