11 Days....

11 days now in this wave and l can't remember what it feel's like feeling well with all these negative thought's swimming in my head, l love my home but feel better when l'm out of it this is such a waste of life....l hope that at least some of us that have been in a wave wake up this morning to find that it's gone and have a beautiful Day.Love K

Your life isn't a waste darl and it will come back to you and all of us.  I know being patient is very hard but it's

all we can really do.

My longest waves since acute have lasted for about 2 weeks.  I'm sending you so much healing love to help

move your wave on.

Hang on sweety that lift of symptoms may not be far away.

My impending doom has moved on but I still  don't feel great. It's a battle every day really.

Try and get that second wind with moving on to something to distract you.
