Hi it really com earns me when I read people off for well over yeAR and still suffering.I went thru years of he'll because of c.f. and recently tried to get off last 5 mg to quick but have now after months been reinstated to 10mgs and feeling Brain dead sokennedy ddoes that mean I'm going to go thru yeArs of he'll again

Nothing is for sure.Some people are long time users and get healed very fast some are short time like me and suffer long...Maybe you are the lucky one.

That's not necessarily true. You can heal quickly. It depends on your brain and your genetics. Even if it takes you a long time to heal....like me for example....things get so much better as the time passes. Yes I still have bad days, but the good far outweigh the bad. Also your baseline will improve with time. You can do it!!!
