What phase am I in? Is this acute?

I'm trying to get a sense of where I am in recovery. I tapered over a couple of months from a low dose of valium and jumped on March 3. Is this the acute phase or is acute what you are in when you start to taper? The worst symptoms I had were for the firs moth of my taper then I started to feel a little better. I was back to functioning and being able to exercise. I'm just wondering what I should expect from here.

You need to create a signature with your precise benzo usage ie what dose and for how long etc. before somone can intelligently advise you. Hang tough buddy!
