URGENT help pls? possible missed 10mg dose 24hrs ago, took extra 10mg

Please can you help

I am on 48+mg valium. I may have missed a dose last night 24hrs ago, I took an extra 10mg just now, 24hrs later, if I did not miss my dose, and toook extra, is this likely to increase my tolerance back to 58mgs?

I accidentally double dosed one day

I took my dose went back to sleep then forgot I'd already dosed amd dosed again.

I think a one off won't do you any harm. It didn't harm my taper at all.

Try not to worry.

When in doubt, always take the "uncertain" dose.

 

A one-off updose will never cause any problem, but a missed dose can cause significant problems.

I've done it again, can't remember if I took my morning dose, so I took extra.

I thought I had taken two extra doses in 8 days but looking at the date on this thread it was two extra doses of 10mg in a week. I am on 47mg should I go back up to 57mgs valium or will I be ok sticking to 47mg despite taking an extra 10mg a week ago?

Start using pill organizers.  You do need to get this right.  It's important.
