Psychological poison -

Today, first time I actually called in sick to going to see therapist. It's been hideous, this day/day coping and getting dragged through the mud. Intrusive thoughts, insomnia, apprehension at the slightest thing, self doubt . . . It's utter psychological poison.

I am sorry you are having such a horrible. it can sometimes be a bit like living in your very own human torture chamber. Most of my symptoms were mental as well. Wishing you some relief soon.  :smitten:

About 2.5 years I believe. I'd have to check with the psychiatrist's records.

I started out at .5 - 2x/daily and ramped up to 1mg 3x/day and wasn't long

before I'd run out and have to go to MX to get more. Down there they only

come in 2mg tabs so I would take 3x/day. I got to where I'd forget if I had

taken any and take more. I was also taking Seroquel and, on occasion take

Nembutal. I OD'd in July, 2016 and was found unconscious. It was after that

I got off everything. I do still take antidepressants and Gabapentin. It's also

been over 3 years since I got off the opiates. I been addicted for about 12

years on those but was a lot easier to get off of than these dreadful Benzos.

You should create a signature. It would display under every post you write, so that you don't have to write out your use each time. Also, many members do not reply to posts without one.
