I need your thoughts...I think I know why I suffer so much!

So I think first i was kinddeling and secund I was CT!

So I took for almost 1 month before xanax lorezapim, mirtazepim and some sleeping tablets. Everything mixed one day one another another.Then is stopped for 3 weeks and started again with xanax. During this 3 weeks I felt strange but I never thought I am in WD.Can this be that I was in WD this 3 weeks and then when I started again 3 month xanax and started again that I kinddeld?

And I made jut 7 days tapper. Can it be that I CT in principle?

i had a similar situation. During 1 year, i took randomly xanax and pills for sleep. I did a taper of my last pill,  Ethyl loflazepate (weak). But I didnot know and I forgot the others...

 

I had severe effects after go off
