I checked it out at the supermarket and it had A LOT of vitamins and other stuff i wonder if it's okay to drink it as an adult?

No, not for an adult. Why would you want that?. If you want nutrients eat a steak.

Have you tried Ensure? I think it would be better suited for an adult.

Butter pecan flavour is my favourite.  :)

Yes, baby formula is healthy...for babies.  But, adults have different requirements and physical needs.  I would highly recommend you try something made for adults like ensure, multivitamins or something else that your doctor would recommend.

It would be hard to handle the taste. It smelled awful when my kids had it.  I personally don't think Ensure is a good choice either--too many synthetic vitamins and too much sugar.  You're probably better off with whole foods and there are whole foods vitamins that might be better.  I take a whole foods vitamin C called Pure Radiance and I'm not sure, but I think they have a whole foods multivitamin.  My friend takes a whole foods multivitamin and one of the main ingredients is Brewer's yeast which is high in B vitamins. You'd want to introduce is slowly though in case it revved up symptoms.  Maybe Google ''superfoods" for foods that are particularly high in vitamins and minerals.

It's not even healthy for babies but if no breast milk is available its only option.
