Do these stomach symptoms sound related to this?

I have a strange stomach feeling, like I don't have to eat much and I feel overly stuffed to where it gets uncomfortable for several hours. My upper abdomen feels like its pushing out from within and I have a lot of gurgling noises. I've heard people mention stomach issues, but does this sound like what others experience? I am over a year out and this just started last week. Need some advice. Thanks.

Yes I had a build up of gas that sounds like your stomach problems.
