Have been slowly moving forward but on 2 occasions now I have been smacked back upon any more physical activity than my 45 min. walk. Today is BAD, flu like sms dizzy vision etc.

Obviously I'll slow down. Anyone at the same time as me? How are you doing? Ready to be done.

You are OK. I am in 7 month and still suffering like in acute.
