Dry scalp and face remedies while tapering

Apparently I have dermatitis and while tapering this past year my scalp and face have been really flaring up. I use a ketoconazole shampoo weekly but my scalp feels super dry too. My hair has really been thinning out and if anyone has any suggestions of products to help, I'm all ears. Thanks buddies.

Yes, tapering and withdrawal have made my skin super dry, flaky and really sensitive, too.  I've found coconut oil to be a good/gentle moisturizer and it's also supposed to have anti-bacterial/fungal/viral properties.  My dandruff and rosacea are really flaring, too so I've started coconut oil for those as well.  I massage some onto my scalp for about an hour before shampooing it out.  Collagen powder has helped some for thinning skin and hair, too.

Good to know. Ive seen so many oils its overwhelming to know what to try. how do you apply it and how often?

My scalp is dry and so are my poor lips. I've recently noticed my hair is thinning. I'll try the argan oil! Thanks Gardenia.
