Starting titration. Need some help

So it's been over 2 years since I tapered. I finally got the courage on my birthday on March 18th(2-3 days ago) to start titration with milk. I take 2mg in am and 2.25 at night. So I put my 2mg in milk in am and left my night dose tablets for now to slowly adjust to this way. I'm feeling it right now. Is it normal to feel like u made a cut when just switching to milk?

My main question tho is because I don't remember my other taper years ago very well. I crashed really bad at the end and ended up in the hiposital on suicide watch. I went way too fast at the end (I was on K)

All I remember about milk titration is taking my jar out in the morning and the milk being really cold. When I shook it, there was a ton of bubbles and I feel it didn't work well bc of that. Is there a way to avoid this? Did I do something wrong or skip a step? How long do I need to shake it for?

If someone can help me out with this I would really appreciate it.

You could try vodka or PG instead of milk.  :)--V
