Coffee and PVCs/PACs

How many of you struggle with a caffeine addiction and have anxiety? Well I usually have around 5 cups a day(I know way too much huh?) I'm tired from all my meds. Yesterday when i was exercising I felt a big off beat thud from my heart. It happened several times yesterday when I was working out and beat out of rhythm after the "thud". I've only had it happen one other time in the past. Have you experienced this? I plan to definitely cut my caffeine intake. I'm pretty sure that's what caused it.

Yes, I had PVC's like crazy during my taper and really bad once I jumped (I didn't make it & reinstated after 6 weeks.) But I do know that a cup of coffee would greatly increase my PVC's; it doesn't so much anymore, or maybe I'm just used to them now. But yes, feels like your heart thumps against your chest.

5 cups is too much. Just drink 1 at least.

hi,i was drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day (with lots of creamer) but now i cant handle it,it makes me to nervous, i did have a cup this morning trying to get rid of this headache. i do drink dr. pepper which i need to quit, it doesnt help the nerves either lol
