Extreme burning headache and adrenaline surges and racing mind/intrusive thought

This is the worst combination ever ..,burning headache and intrusive thoughts and adrenaline surges same time for 4 hrs .,,it's too much I can't focus ...I try to accep but too dificult ...I want to rest but I'm at work ...see if I go home early .,,will this end ? I'm suffering ..,sorry for complaining ...

I could not help it and asked a coworker she gave me 2 pain relievers from Walgreen similar to Tylenol and it made my adrenaline surge worse . I'm scare now.

Sounds like you should go home and regroup. I would throw away any benzos you have at home as welll. No reason to have any around since your past the point of risk of suizure (imo) . Go home and rest.

Thanks remy . I'm better now . Those two pain reliever helped with my headache. I'm calm now the panic attacks feelings have subside .now I have mild dp and dr . I was so scared almost cried . My body can't take much any medicine but ..,I can only tolerate Tylenol .

This is too dificult at times . I can't believe still suffering so bad 9+ months out .

Hi my friend, I'm s sorry you had a bad day. I'm very glad to see you doing better.

Is most likely we have bad anxiety what creates a burning head, scalp. When our anxiety goes down everything gets better. I'm glad to see you doing better now.
