A Little Hope

Hello Everyone,

 

With a bit of encouragement, I have tapered down .75 mg of Xanax in four months. I have had some really rough patches, but I've found the slower I taper the better. I would have never thought I'd be able to sustain taking (what for me is) is so much less Xanax. Thank you all for your support. I just thought I'd post that not everyday is a nightmare and there are days of happiness and laughter. I hope there are much more days of hope ahead for us all. I still have 3.25 mg to taper until I'm finally free from this strange chapter of my life. Today, at least, I feel like I can forge ahead and meet the challenge.
