Just wondering if anyone else did a micro taper where you go really slow even disolving valium in vodka and using an oral syringe like I did...?

If so, what kind of side effects were experienced when you finished?

I finished on March 12th and about four or five days later got extreme cog fog and dizziness, headaches, insomnia.

But then over the weekend major nausea and ANXIETY as well as paranoia and derealisation... my most feared symptoms because I feel like in those moments I'm losing my mind and suffocating

and luckily magnesium citrate tablets seem to make that go away... it's the only thing making me feel normal right now

I guess I'm afraid that now I'm done with my taper this anxiety and depression is permanent, I feel like I have cold turkeyed even though I went sooooooo slow with my taper and tapered to the tiniest possible amount (1ml of a 100ml titration which was 2mg Valium...so 1% of 2mg!!!!!)

I did a micro taper, jumping off at about 0.004 mg of diazepam. I did not suffer any acute symptoms after jumping, and only had some mild insomnia after jumping which only lasted a few days. It took me about 16-18 months after jumping before i felt close to being fully back to normal (particularly the heightened feelings of anger), and the sexual problems still havent completely resolved, but i have had improvements.
