Just over nine months off and the exhaustion has been getting increasingly more severe. Have others found this to be more of a problem as time passes? I'm still walking and doing a few simple things during the day but am astonished by the complete exhaustion I now experience daily. It does not improve when I sleep okay.

The good news is that your body and mind get exhausted because they are working hard to heal, and even though it is difficult I find it means progress is being made during the initial 12-18 months of being benzo free. Give yourself plenty of fresh air and water and remind yourself that it's temporary and that you are brave and have done so well to get this far
