Body feeling heavy

The last week I've had a sensation that my body feels very heavy and that there's pressure on my chest. It's there all the time now. It's better when I'm lying down on my side.

 

Does this sound like it could be "just" anxiety?.

 

My anxiety seems to shift from one thing to another all the time .

Yes, I feel like that - as if I'm wearing a lead vest and my arms and legs are very heavy feeling. It happens to me when I'm i a state of anxiety/panic. (even if I'm not fully aware of said state.)

 

It's no fun, but definitely a symptom!

Yes,I feel that too. It feels like i'm going to fall apart on the floor.

It is anxiety. Do you feel fatigued also?
