Please can some help

I am going crazy with worry l have been jogging along nicely then bang a big wave at  nearly 13  onths off it's worried me big time not only do l have the wave but the worry of why it's happened. Could anyone please tell me why this has happened l have read on here that it can be due to stress but everything has been fine in my life if any thing l was feeling excited due to starting new hobbies going on holiday and joining a slimming class now l don't want to do any of those things. This is awful can anyone help.

There is no rhyme or reason to withdrawal, that's why it is said that healing is non linear. I remember waltzing along pretty well and then getting slammed by a wave for no apparent reason.  What that shows is that there is still healing to be done, that the cns is still under repair. 

 

It is also difficult to pass the one year mark and know that you are not recovered. I recall posting on the Benzo Free board celebrating one year off benzos but ruing the fact that I wasn't yet well.

 

There are ups and downs to this process. Often it may seem like you are taking one step forward and two steps back.  Remember that what you are feeling is temporary, a window can be right around the corner and healing close behind.

 

Try just to let this roll off your shoulders, accept and be patient.  It's well worth the wait.

You are early at 13 Months ..some heal straight away some don't have withdrawal and some take years ..we are all different but at thirteen Months it was bad for me ..23 Months and still symptoms..waves will happen even when we have felt good ..I felt wonderful like I was a different person...years younger and to energetic ...It was wonderful but It didn't last ...

My bad wave hit at 13 months. I am 14 months off and still in it. I was just like you. Was walking 10000 steps, had great diet and even started a tax business. Then bam. I couldn't even walk. I am now able to walk but no store no driving no nothing else. Thankful to walk. I do not know why this happens. So hard. I pray we get relief soon. Just know that you are not alone.
