18 weeks off Ativan - great progress, but new symptoms

It's been about four and a half months since CT, and I've made great progress. As of last week, I tested the waters and can finally handle my own "half-caff" coffee, which is a major milestone in my eyes.

 

On the other hand, I've started to experience dizzy spells at random. They're not severe enough to cause falling or fainting, but I get the sensation that I might. I recall having a similar symptom a couple years ago when I tapered, but it was short-lived, and CT has been a completely different game for me. My question: have you experienced new symptoms in the months following your initial withdrawal? Maybe even something similar to mine?

It is very common for new symptoms to appear and old ones to reappear.  But their duration shouldn't be as long.

That's reassuring. I am hoping this particular symptom doesn't last too long, as it makes me particularly anxious. In public, there are times where I feel as if I might faint or drop the things I'm holding.
