How would i knw when my dr/dp is fading or my brain is returning to normal when it comes to this particular symptoms. Are there signs? Does the eye perceptiom adjust?

 

If you have or had dr/dp and its gone or going pls let me knw what u began to experience as it faded.

Hi Jus Jus,

 

DP/DR weren't the worst symptoms for me, so maybe others can help answer your question more.  But for me, the cog fog was all mixed in at the same time.  So, I don't think I realized at first when the DP/DR was mostly all gone.  If I'd been keeping a journal, I might have been more aware.  What was more interesting to me was when my cog fog thinking started to clear up finally, I was aware and sort of watching the process as it was happening. Like "waking up".

HopeandGrace what you said about the "waking up" part exactly the words im looking for. I have been "waking up" slowly but surely and my cog fog eye problems and dr/dp seem to be clearing at the same time.

 

But to me i believe im blocking my own healing because i have documenting my symptoms and progress and i knw im doing better but i keep doubting myself. I have to admit i keep confusing myself thinking better is worst. But waving up is scaring me and increasing my anxiety. The minute i think to much i break out in sweating til my tops and face is soaking wet.

 

But that description is great. That phrase is perfect "waking up" and coming back to reality.
