7 months - windows and waves every alternated days

Hi,

After seven months, I have a very strange windows and waves pattern. I'm curious if any of you recognize this. My windows and waves alternated each day. After a reasonably good night sleep, follows a day in which I feel almost 80%. It really feels like I'm almost healthy. This day is always followed by a night where I can sleep for only four hours. Waking up with burning feelings in my legs, nausea and soon followed by a huge pressure in my head and ears, high heart rate and an increase in my tinnitus. On these days I can hardly go back to find my peace,  and count almost the hours that I can go to bed again. I'm  very concerned about this pattern. Does anyone recognize this after seven months. I keep hoping but on the bad days, I really think  there is something else going on  than benzo withdrawal. An anxiety disorder, depression, or something else? I eat healthy, sports and meditate and have a super family! Can you give me some advice if you recognize this? I'm losing hope!

Mascha,

Have you seen any improvement these last seven months? My only improvement is that my good days are better. I am now no longer sure its benzo withdrawal. Have you ever doubt whether it is something else? The success stories I read,  often says that after the acute phase the windows get longer. I do not have this experience.

I am always thinking it is something else but I am then going to doctor making tests and see.If it is nothing else than I know what it is.I have no improvements really.

7 months (worst symptoms were in the 1st, totaly off 4 months), I am also oscillating in days with 6-7 hours of sleep and 3-4h. Days with 6h are 85-90% heal, some pain, some intrusive, but almost gone.

days with 3-4 still bad. Horrible mornings with mental confusion. Full os intrusive thinking and neck pain

This is my healing pattern still at 15 months off. It's so encouraging to see other have this type of cycle.  From the beginning, I'd have one good day, two-three bad days. My bad days are always associated with craipy sleep. The funny part is that I know it's withdrawal because I do nothing different on the good/bad days. I also eat healthy, work, exercise, relax and I'll still having the same pattern.

Since I've been healing for a while, the good days are much better. I can't really give a percentage because I have no idea what true healing will feel like...lol. The bad days are also much milder. I pretty much have one good and one bad day. I've also noticed my cycle switch to one bad and two good days. Even on my bad days, I have significant relief in the late pm and evening. Things are improving!

I'm not sure if you will follow my pattern, but it's not so bad if you do. I'm functioning quite well with work and carrying a household. I can't wait to put up my Easter decorations today.  ;D Please know, it's completely normal. We will have to update our improvements over the next few months!  :smitten:

Hi Dutchy

Wow. Same sxs here. It's very unusual to find an oxazepam victim. Benzos are all the same they say but I wonder. Today I'm 10 months off serapax/oxazepam and the waves and symptoms are similar.  Feel free to write to me and compare. Good luck!
